There is nothing else maddening to be doing eye exercises for months and never see an improvement in your vision. Everything you have done by the book but nothing seem to change and you understand you have pulled off a stupid mistake that can be easily sidestep!
To prevent that from going down, I want to bare these 3 most popular mistakes folks commit when rebuilding their vision. If you duck them ( or correct them ), you can realize your vision will improve significantly.
1. Do not wear your spectacles as much as you usually do when you are trying to enhance your eyesight naturally. Some people I've known do their eye strengthening exercises systematically but each time they finish the routine, they right away reach for their spectacles and wear them again! A cripple will never be in a position to walk again if he doesn't learn to walk without his crutches. That is what you must do - give your eyes the opportunity to learn to see without spectacles.
2. Know that more effort doesn't equal better eyesight. Your sense of smell, touch, hear and taste don't need conscious effort on your part and yet all of them work perfectly - in reality, they're employed perfect. For you to rebuild your vision, you also have to let go conscious control of your eyes and allow your body to take over. So if you end up not able to see something, don't force it!
Last but not least, don't do this yourself. Some of us have been doing eye exercises for a while but they regularly miss their sessions because they're too idle. To achieve success, you've to execute it systematically. So get a support group to aid incentivize and monitor you doing vision exercises!
